Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Jaipur. This full-time, mid-level position requires 4 to 6 years of experience. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and analyzing transactions.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in financial reporting with the ability to compile and present financial statements accurately.
  • Strong financial analysis skills, capable of interpreting complex financial data and making informed recommendations.
  • Expertise in account reconciliation with attention to detail to ensure accounts are balanced and matched.
  • Hands-on experience in tax preparation, ensuring company compliance with fiscal regulations.
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and ability to apply them effectively.
  • CPA certification is required, demonstrating a high level of professional accounting knowledge and ethics.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP system for efficient managing and tracking of financial activities.
  • In-depth knowledge of Goods And Services Tax (GST) regulations for accurate tax filing and reporting.


Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee various accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements to ensure comprehension of the company's financial performance.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audit activities.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior accountants and accounting staff to foster professional development.
  • Ensure the quality control of financial transactions and financial reporting by setting and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.
  • Monitor internal controls and recommend enhancements to ensure adherence to financial regulations.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities to assist in the companys operational planning.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws and regulations, managing all aspects of indirect tax including GST.
