Roles and Responsibilities
- Providing specialist SMSF accounting and administration in accordance with regulatory and legislative requirements.
- The ability to work with minimal guidance on basic compliance jobs.
- Proactive approach for queries/doubt solving
- Research undertaken on various superannuation related matters, subject to the review of a senior.
- Prompt and collaborative communication with accounting team members to achieve the collective goal of providing high quality results for clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience within the SMSF industry providing processing support to SMSF clients.
- Experience of using software's like Simple Fund BGL 360, Class Super and Supermate (Optional).
- Understanding of SMSF regulations of Australia and knowledge of the SMSF audit process would add an extra advantage.
- Demonstrated experience working within a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to clearly express ideas and have a deep desire to understand how things work.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is central to your daily approach.
- Values learning and team collaboration.
Academic Qualifications and experience:
- CA/CMA/Inter-CA and CMA (not pursuing further study).
- M.com/MBA (Having experience in accounts can apply).
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a KPO based role in Australia (Preferably for SMSF)/UK/USA firm.
