Corporate Finance - Reporting

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Corporate Finance team. This role involves managing the organization’s financial strategy, enhancing process, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial stability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, strategic thinking, and a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 7 years of experience. Solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards and compliance requirements.

Requires excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work independently and as part of team and strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and the unique needs of the healthcare sector.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct in depth analysis of plan versus actual financial performances, identifying and explaining variances.
• Financial Tracking: Monitoring key financial metrics and KPIs. Providing timely update to management.
• Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze the financial performance of key competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Industry Trend Analysis: Monitor Industry trends and their implications for the company’s financial performance.
• Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Process Improvement and Compliance: Lead initiatives to streamline and enhance financial processes for efficiency and accuracy.
