Key Activities/Elements

Special/On-going projects on program level % Time Spent Under 10%

• Conceptualize projects on process improvement and automation implementation.

• Drive at creating a Center of Excellence for the respective domain and lead improvements

• Design innovative and creative R&R (Reward & Recognition) Initiatives which motivate teams to exceed themselves.

Transitions Project Management % Time Spent 10% to 20%

• Provide support during Opportunity Identification & Solution Design Phases

• Develop Transition Plans with milestones based off identified opportunities.

• Be actively involved in identifying Transition teams, developing a Training methodology to use, identifying risks and baselining as-is Metrics and KPI’s.

• Maintain and keep updated all applicable project documents - such as Project Brief, Project Scope, SOW, Issues/Risks, FMEA, Process Maps, Procedure Manuals, Workflow Design, Transition Plan, Training Plans, Work Schedules, Status Updates, Communication Plan, Budget/Financials/Cost Estimates, Roles & Responsibilities grid etc.

• Drive successful Transition Completion by adhering to SLA metrics; smooth hand over and Go-Live of respective team

• Travel to client locations as needed.

Education level and/or relevant experience.

• 13-16 years of experience in Operations & Project Management in F&A domain with at least 5 in People Management roles.

• Experience of working in an International environment with peers spread across AMER, EMEA, APAC. • Bachelor’s Degree or University diploma (CA / CPA / MBA will be preferred)

• CFPA or equivalent certification under GAAP will be given priority.

• Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification required; Black Belt is a plus.

• Strong track record of success in previous roles, with continuously expanding scopes of responsibility, including people management.

• End to end Project Transition experience - GL / R2R / P2P / O2C / RTR / GA or related F&A domain - till Go-Live - will be prioritized.

• Experience in negotiating commercial terms and conditions related to procurement of services preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong communication skills - verbal and written, ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences

• Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook

• Self-motivated, able to perform role with minimal supervision. Able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Maintains a Business perspective and capability to drive improvement based on relevant benchmarks.

• Ability to work within and manage a cross-cultural / multi-country team to drive performance

• Managerial skills with emphasis on Change Management/Leadership, problem solving, team building, and ability to persuade and influence all levels of the organization.

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal customers

Knowledge of US GAAP, SEC Filling, SEC reporting.
