Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Support the FP&A team with data-driven insights, assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Analyze variances in financial performance and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Drive process improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- Prepare and analyze reports on revenue, expenses, and variances against budgets.
- Create financial models for scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, a strategic decisions.
Data Management & Analysis
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business operations and decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and automate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards.
- Develop and oversee annual budgets and rolling financial forecast
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare reports on financial trends and variance analysis for leadership
Reporting and Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of quarterly and annual financial report
- Develop materials for earnings calls, including Q&A briefings for executive
- Maintain compliance with disclosure regulations and reporting standards.
Business Process Improvement
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through better use of MIS systems.
- Propose and implement solutions to streamline workflows, reduce manual task and enhance productivity.
- Document and map business processes to ensure consistency and compliance.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- Should have a degree in Chartered Accountancy or MBA in Finance. (Preferably CA)
- Experience with IT company.
- Experience with database management, reporting tools, and data visualization software.
