Job Overview
QCI is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Finance Professional to lead and enhance our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MIS reporting, ERP implementation, SOP formation, and business finance, along with extensive experience in process design and administrative support for high-level meetings. The candidate shall collaborate closely with CFO, gaining mentorship and driving initiatives to achieve financial excellence. Prior experience in government or PSU sectors is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Management & Reporting:
• Develop and present MIS reports for decision-making.
• Lead ERP system implementation and ensure seamless integration.
• Formulate and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. Strategic Business Finance:
• Design, analyse, and optimize financial processes to support business growth.
• Develop financial policies to enhance governance, compliance, and efficiency.
• Conduct financial modelling and analysis for decision-making.
• Strong expertise in managing the entire financial function.
3. Policy Formation & Decision Support:
• Guide and implement policies based on use cases, industry best practices, and organizational needs.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
4. Administrative & Meeting Support:
• Act as a key support for General Body (GB), Governing Council (GC), and Board meetings.
• Coordinate and manage meeting preparations, documentation, and follow-ups.
5. Leadership & Coordination:
• Oversee and mentor finance teams to ensure productivity and skill development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with organizational objectives.
6. IT & Analytical Expertise:
• Leverage advanced Excel, IT tools, and data analysis for reporting, dashboards, and presentations.
• Drive technology adoption to enhance financial operations and decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications
• Strong administrative and leadership skills with experience supporting high-level meetings.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, data analytics, and IT tools for reporting and presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (MBA preferred).
• Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA).
