Roles & Responsibilities:
- Extract data from SAP and performing analytical reviews and reconciliation to ensure timely compliances.
- Complete state-wise monthly reconciliation of GST returns with books and update MIS on an ongoing basis- adding value in the process and making it tax efficient.
- Co-ordinate with Operations team/Marketing team/Customers to resolve tax related issues.
- Visit GST Department, co-ordinate with department and prepare replies to notices and correspondences received.
- Will be expected to lead the GST team of 3 people in a year's time on the basis of annual performance review.
- Completion of VAT/Service tax/GST audits and assessments, and co-ordinate with tax consultant, wherever required.
- Working knowledge of VAT/Service tax will be an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate/ Technical Skills:
- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant with minimum 2 years of GST experience.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have a handled a team of 2-3 people.
