Sr. Manager/Manager- Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager/Manager- Finance with a strong background in accounting, finance, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, ERP systems, tax assessments, and compliance with relevant laws. Strong leadership and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.

Experience: 10-12 years of finance experience, with 7-8 years in a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and tax assessments.
• Oversee ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
• Produce meaningful MIS reports, driving cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with laws such as Income Tax, GST, and Labour Laws.
• Manage banking relationships for day-to-day operations.
• Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master’s or certifications (CA/MBA Finance) preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and advanced AI tools.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including tax assessments and compliance.
• Experience with budgeting across multiple departments.
• Leadership experience, ideally in a finance setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in school-specific financial regulations or IB-accredited institutions.
