Description
As the CFO your responsibilities are:
- Overseeing all financial aspects of the organization while developing and managing an Accounting and Finance team.
- Implementing operational best practices.
- Overseeing the company's transaction processing systems.
- Work with the ownership and leadership teams to help drive strategic growth.
- Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances.
- Maximizing return and limiting risk on cash by minimizing bank balances and making investments.
- Ensuring that record-keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.
- Reporting financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results, analyzing variances, and developing improvements.

Profile
A successful CFO should have:
- A degree in Accounting or a related field.
- CPA certification is preferred.
- Proficiency in Procore and QuickBooks.
- Experience in the construction industry is a must have for this role.
- This role is based in greater Phoenix and is in office.
- Client will relocate someone from within the United Sates if they are the right fit.
Job Offer
- An attractive base salary in the range of USD $180,000 to USD $225,000 plus car and bonus.
