As the Transformation Professional in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

D&PS Instrumentation & Metrics aims to establish a Harmonized end to end reporting ecosystem that supports various roles & responsibilities across DPS management, F&BM, P&A, Ops Leads, & Tech leads delivery

This includes
  • Driving reporting automation by identifying manually intensive touch points
  • Consolidating Reporting footprint & Metrics reporting in one place to deliver harmonized views and enable decision making at granular level
  • Building consolidated & standardized reporting across DPS financials, portfolio and other metrics
  • Client centric approach delivering accessibility, solid design principals and actionable insight

Job Responsibilities :
  • Drive development of insightful and robust qualitative and quantitative dashboards for key Internal Clients including senior management
  • Understanding of the data requirements to enable building robust data transformations for visualizations
  • Being the First line of Defense for the new enhancements as well as checking of the newly created dashboards
  • Redesign and re-built of existing solutions as per the Data Strategy of the bank
  • Act as one point of contact for troubleshooting as well as managing communications
  • Stakeholder management including setting expectations as well as managing the ad hoc requirements in an effective manner

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
  • The candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Finance SMEs (CA, CFA, CPA, MBA)
  • At least 5 years of relevant FP&A experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Sound judgment, professional maturity and personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Candidate must be comfortable with frequently changing priorities
  • The ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex concepts and maintain composure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent organizational, management, and both verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to navigate multiple data sets and synthesize into cohesive presentation and recommendations
