Job Description & Summary
Candidate must have good communication skills, have worked as a Business/Senior Business Analyst. Must have good understanding of different Financial Products such as Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income Securities etc. along with Trade/Accounting Lifecycle. Strong Exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies and documentation of BA Artifacts. Must understand data quality concepts such as accuracy, completeness, validity etc. Must be good at data analysis using MS-Excel/SQL for data quality issue identification and tracking. Candidate is required to work with Senior stakeholders such as data owners/stewards to drive data management initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Requirement Lifecycle management - Requirement gathering, elicitation, prioritization and documentation -
BRDs, FRDs, As-Is vs To-be (Current vs Future state) / Gap Analysis and Process modelling, etc.
- Functional and User Acceptance Testing, Test Scenarios and Test Conditions, End to End
(Integration)
- Pre-Production support, Go-Live Support, Approvals and Sign-Offs; Agile & Waterfall
- Relevant experience in implementing process as well as system change for Finance. Strong
analysis skills, IT change management, communication/ interpersonal, documentation,
stakeholder management and teamwork skills required.
- Strong knowledge of ledger/sub-ledger/accounting lifecycle/trade lifecycle.
- Proficient in SQL and MS Office including Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge about Data Management and controls, Data Lineage, Data Mappings, Data governance Framework and BCBS 239
compliance.
- Strong knowledge of various product categories (Asset classes: Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income, Commodities, Treasury etc.)
- Support change project initiatives and conduct User Acceptance Testing for enhancements to
current systems or migration to new system.
- Should have solid experience in complete onboarding of an accounting subledger, strategic front
to back technology systems stack and into Finance accounting and reporting systems.
- Strong knowledge of accounting rules
- Strong Product knowledge across the core business products.
- Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written) and negotiating skills
