The Global Digital Business & Finance Model Transformation Manager will report to the Digitalization and Development Director and have a dotted line to the respective Project Director or Project Sponsor.
Locations: internal candidates from various locations will be considered.

Responsibilities:
Digital Business & Finance Model Transformation Leadership
- Map and analyze current "as-is" business and finance models to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative, future-oriented digital business and finance models.
- Reimagine existing frameworks to improve scalability, efficiency, and value delivery while addressing customer and organizational needs.
Project Management
- Manage end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, proactively address risks, and ensure successful execution within scope, budget, and time constraints.
Process Optimization & Innovation
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing models to identify improvement areas and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Drive innovation through the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices to enhance digital and operational capabilities.
- Foster agile and flexible processes to adapt to market dynamics and business evolution.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with global teams across finance, sales, product development, IT, and other functions to ensure transformation efforts align with business priorities.
- Collaborate with customers and external stakeholders to incorporate user-centric insights into solutions.
- Engage senior leadership to secure buy-in and drive alignment on strategic goals.
Change Management & Capability Building
- Design and execute change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new models and tools.
- Provide training and support to teams to build capabilities and ensure long-term success of implemented changes.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure sustainability of improvements and refine approaches.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive ongoing optimization.

Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with:
Education:
- Postgraduate degree in Finance (MBA, CA, CFA), Business, Technology, or related fields.
- PMP & Agile certifications are a plus.
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, finance model innovation, or process improvement roles, ideally in a service-based organization.
- Proven track record of mapping "as-is" processes and delivering large-scale transformation projects in a global, matrix environment.
- Strong expertise in project management, technology integration, and customer-focused product development.
