Qualification and Experience:
Preferably a Chartered Accountant with 2 to 3 years of experience or a Semi qualified accountant with 4 to 5 years of experience in the hospitality sector.
Job Description:
- Identify and analyze variances in financial reports, conducting a thorough analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Review historical financials to generate data sets that support informed decision-making.
- Proactively escalate financial concerns and discrepancies to senior management.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial health and operational efficiency.
- Deliver additional insights on existing reports to enhance management's understanding of financial performance.
- Recommend cost-saving strategies and process improvements to boost overall operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments within the resort to ensure seamless coordination.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required to support ongoing business needs
