Chief Financial Officer
Blue Line Aviation is seeking an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial operations of the organization. The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Board of Directors. This role is critical in ensuring the company's long-term financial sustainability, driving growth initiatives, and optimizing overall financial performance. The CFO will oversee the finance department, collaborating across departments to support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the finance team, encompassing accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax functions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and insightful financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead the budgeting and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and strategic goals.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to maximize financial performance and support business investments.
- Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal governance policies.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cost efficiency, revenue growth, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee financial due diligence and analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA, Master of Accounting, or CPA certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in senior financial leadership roles, with prior experience as a CFO or Vice President of Finance strongly preferred.
- Proven success in developing and implementing financial strategies in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills with demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for influencing and collaborating across all organizational levels.
- Strategic thinker with a strong track record of driving results and creating long-term value.
- Experience in the aviation industry is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Corridor software is preferred.
