What will you be responsible for?

  • Ensure that the Financial Statements are in compliancewith relevant Indian Accounting Standards, US GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams in ensuring the month-close activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Support the team in day-to-day transactions by providing appropriate guidance for compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Review and approve the vendor/employee invoices and payments.
  • Lead the AR function and ensure that revenue accounting is done in compliance with relevant accounting standards of both Indian and US GAAP.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between billing and revenue accounts.
  • Assist in creating, documenting and maintaining policies and procedures along with internal control evaluations and implement best practices across processes.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of tools and applications in support of the accounting function and highlight opportunities for improvement, managing projects that will yield efficiency through automation and optimization

Who we are looking for?

  • Must be a Chartered Accountant
  • 9-12 years of experience in core accounting function
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and drive operational initiatives.
