Description/Comment:

Job Summary

Responsible for Revenue Assurance, Location level P&L, and Intercompany Settlements & Analysis, preparation & submission of various reports on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly basis, coordinating with tax, treasury & other teams on regular basis, MIS and monitoring various day to day accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation & maintenance of data with accuracy for various revenue reports
• Processing of various USGAAP entries & IGAAP entries to have correct Location P&L
• Understanding and interpreting the Inter Company Revenue and Cost implications and Revenue Assurance principles for Entities
• Processing of adjustment entries to revenue to ensure desired margin is achieved as per the transfer pricing requirements
• Coordinate and process intercompany transactions and settlements.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with intercompany agreements.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Involve in various local GAAP activities such as STPI /SEZ Location P&L, TP database, APR reporting etc.
• FEMA & STP reporting and compliance activities such as EDPMS/IRM clearance, Softex monitoring and SERF reporting
• Analytical review to ensure accuracy & correctness of the revenue & cost
• Ensure that proper checks & balance are maintained for each reporting
• Meeting all the monthly/yearly deliverables within timelines

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Sound accounting knowledge
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle voluminous data & work within deadlines.
• Aptitude for working with numbers.
• Preferably good working knowledge of SAP.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Academic Requirements
CA / CMA with 2-3 years' post qualification experience in Corporate Finance & Accounting

(or)

Semi-Qualified CA with 4 to 5 years post qualification experience in Corporate Finance & Accounting

(or)

M.Com with strong Financial reporting experience of 5-7 years in a large corporate
