Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts

Your Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity for professional and career development in the following areas:

• Actively involved in day to day book keeping and coordination with finance team
• Actively involved in the monthly close/ MIS report and P&Ls; includes understanding and reviewing all necessary journal entries, analyzing cost & P&L variances, reviewing and other key metrics, and investigating unusual items
• Preparation of monthly commodity wise P&L as per requirement reporting deficiencies with commercial P&L
• Preparation of monthly MIS reports along with mark to mark reports (M2M)
• Preparing for monthly physical stock verification, reporting deficiencies to concern
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliation.
• Co-ordination with business for real time purchase sale booking for the business
• Opportunity to deal with Audit (External and Internal)
• Preparation Financial Statement as per IGAAP & UGAAP
• Involved in routine finance operation of GL accounting and trial balance review.

Your Profile

• Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance/ Masters in commerce
• 3+ years of experience
• Analytical abilities, initiative and problem solving skills necessary to adapt to a rapidly changing multi-location environment
• Ability to learn quickly and produce results, sometimes under pressure due to impending deadlines
• Oral and written communication skills as well as ability to interface with various levels of office
• Proficient using Excel and Word
• Understanding of various compliance like TDS, return filing, PF filing
