Finance - Assistant Manager

The Finance team is looking to hire a Finance- Assistant Manager responsible for comprehensive bookkeeping tasks and financial record maintenance. This role includes managing full charge bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable, statutory compliance, vendor payments, invoicing, and financial reporting.

The position requires coordinating with external consultants and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws

and regulations.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Financial reporting and analysis such as monthly MIS, P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, monthly Sales Reporting, expense analysis, Scrutinize business operations, trends;
• Responsible for monthly, Quarterly and annual accounting closing process in time with the closing
• calendar in the ERP;
• Co-ordination with business team to take regular updated on business dynamics and its impact on
• financial health of the company;
• Liaising with statutory and consultants for queries raised and their resolutions. timely completion of
• Statutory audits, Tax Audits;
• Overseeing internal control which covers implementation of various SOP to improve the routine functions and utilization of early indicator reporting metrics to communicate financial risk or opportunities in a timely manner to senior leadership;
• Ensure accuracy in reporting and compliance to company policies and SOPs.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• CA or CA perusing candidates with 2 years of Experience in similar kind of role and experience in
• Big 4 Audit firms would be desirable.

EXPERIENCE:

• High Exposure to Ind AS and ICFR.
• Experience in IND AS would be an added advantage
• Ability to assimilate financial data to support business decision making
• Hands-on experience of MS office tools like MS Excel, MS power Point

This role involves maintaining the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant

laws and regulations, and providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions.
