We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting and Compliance Manager to oversee the delivery of our team’s monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes. The ideal candidate will ensure all financial reporting obligations are met with high standards and on time, lead technical accounting initiatives, and manage inter-company reconciliations and audits.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the Financial Reporting and Compliance (FR&C) team’s monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
  • Ensure all internal and external financial reporting obligations are delivered to a high standard and within deadlines.
  • Lead technical accounting excellence, including the management of new accounting standards adoption.
  • Collaborate with operational finance to ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed in accordance with group policies.
  • Prepare inter-company elimination Reports during month-end, identify material inter-company mismatch, and follow up with responsible parties to clear them prior to month-end close.
  • Share inter-company elimination reports with the wider group as per JSOX control requirements.
  • Prepare statutory accounts for relevant entities and support interim and year-end audits.
  • Manage month-end reconciliation and IC cube submission and oversee the overall inter-company process including clearing IC mis-matches and addressing queries from regions and the billing team.
  • Lead external and internal audits (JSOX), ensuring all required documents are submitted to the corresponding portal within agreed timelines.
  • IFRS 16 lease changes reporting and reconcilation.
  • Prepare balance sheet flows for submission and handle other Record to Report (RTR) ad hoc tasks as required.


Qualifications:
  • CA with 11+ years of post qualification experience.
  • Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of IFRS.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with inter-company reconciliations, FS consolidation and UK stat audits.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting software and tools - Workday and D365
