Qualifications

BS in Accounting
•
Experience as person primarily responsible for all system security including back-up utilities, periodic upgrades, and system access
•
Responsibilities
•
Full responsibility for timely and hard monthly closing package and financial statements, completion of all documentation and analyses for annual audit
•
Supervision of accounting and administrative staff involved in job set-up, purchasing, accounts payable, invoicing, accounts receivable, payroll and payroll tax reporting, general ledger maintenance and reporting, fixed asset ledger maintenance and job cost reporting
•
Oversight of treasury activities including insurance program management (both general and benefits based), cash management/LOC maintenance and bank reporting, maintenance of job cost reporting and monthly work-in-progress calculations, responsible for partnership estimated quarterly tax estimates and distributions, supervise other local and state tax reporting
•
Liaison with auditors, bankers, and insurance professionals
