We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Deputy Manager for the Accounts Receivables team. The role involves overseeing receivables management processes, ensuring compliance, reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and maintaining the overall hygiene of account receivables in the SAP system. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across departments and engage with external stakeholders.

- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of account receivables within the SAP system.
- Timely tracking and processing of customer bank guarantees and related fixed deposits.
- Ensure 100% compliance with the Export Data Processing and Monitoring System (EDPMS).
- Reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and improve receivables efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receivables Management:
- Oversee and maintain the hygiene of account receivables in SAP, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Marketing, and Finance) to resolve queries and streamline processes.
- Bank Guarantees & Compliance:
- Coordinate with bankers for the issuance, tracking, and closure of customer bank guarantees and related fixed deposits.
- Ensure compliance with EDPMS guidelines and maintain clear records for audits and reporting.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Develop and manage MIS for receivables, providing detailed and actionable insights to leadership.
- Analyze receivables data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Customer Reconciliation & Recovery:
- Travel across India and abroad, as needed, to engage with customers, reconcile accounts, and recover outstanding dues.
- Collaborate with customers to address discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to policies and deadlines.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to improve efficiency and performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Inter-CA with 6-10 years of experience in accounts receivables management.
- Certifications: SAP FICO certification is mandatory.
Skills & Competencies:
- Hands-on experience with SAP FICO systems, including advanced functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to understand and interpret legal language.
- Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and drive results.
- Willingness to travel across India & abroad for customer interactions and reconciliation.
