Role/Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst/AM with strong analytical abilities to support our Business Finance Team. This person will be responsible for providing financial reporting, as well as financial planning & analysis to the Senior Leadership teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain management information systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular MIS reports on sales performance, customer acquisition costs, and operational metrics.
  • Take Initiatives and Projects to drive system efficiency and reporting improvements.
  • Collaborate with tech and data teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Lead the Corporate consolidation and analytical FP&A process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on strategic goals and support ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development.
  • Work with business unit leaders to update the status of revenue and direct cost-related data on an as-needed basis.
  • Compare forecasts and budgets to actual financial performance and bring insights that help the Senior Management.
  • Perform Month End activities and reporting requirements independently.
  • Various ad-hoc analysis and process improvement projects to drive efficiency and scale.

    • Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis or financial MIS roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP.
  • Experience in using and building dashboards with Business Intelligence tools; Power BI experience is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, persistent, and highly motivated.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • B.Com plus CA inter or MBA preferred.
