Job Purpose:

Carryout all activities of FP & A of all countries, monthly Management reporting, consolidations, budgeting, forecasting, Parent company reporting and Preparation of Financials for year-end audit.

Job Context & Major Challenge(s):
  • Works under minimal supervision in accordance with established guidelines and strategic direction.
  • Job holder is expected to handle complex problems and issues relating to the role. Able to understand and apply proven concepts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handling Hyperion Financial Management system to ensure monthly closing and adjustment entries. Meeting deadlines given by corporate office and parent company.
  • Preparation of Monthly Management reporting packs of all countries and publish to country managers. Collating required information for Management discussion.
  • Consolidation of accounts on monthly basis, passing necessary entries. Preparation of Monthly Consolidated reporting pack and send to FP&A manager for review. Sending final reports to parent company
  • Receiving budget and forecast numbers from entities and ensure the same is loaded into Hyperion. Preparation budget and forecast presentations and sending the same to corporate for final revision.
  • Variance analysis and explanations to be given to parent company reporting team.
  • Preparation Financial Statements for Audit and supplying necessary reports and confirmation to the auditors.
  • Preparation of Ad-hoc reports for group controller and CFO.
  • Ensure standards and policies are met in discharge of duties. Update the knowledge and skills from time to time to ensure global reporting standards are followed.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Candidate must be a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. (preferably first or second attempt)
  • 0-2 Years in FP&A role
  • Should be proficient in MS Excel and Power point.
  • Proficient in HFM application and Oracle.
  • Must be very familiar with working with multiple currencies, foreign exchange currencies and different tax codes.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills coupled with the ability to establish and maintain productive result.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize multiple on-going projects.
