Department Area Credit Manager-TFE Location Number of Positions Reporting Relationships Area Credit Manager Position Grade Manager/ Senior Manager

  • Directly Managing Team of 2-3 Cluster Credit Executives managing -Approx 2-4 Districts.

    • Should have Ability to lead and coordinate with Marketing and Recovery Teams across Area.
  • Should be able to manage Dealer and Manufacturer relationship through understanding the Sales team and Portfolio behavior simultaneously.
  • Should be able to analyze and manage Portfolio quality and post finance issues.
  • Should be able to manage Key Customer- Big groups’ relations directly.
  • Should be able to guide and motivate the team to set higher standard in sales and Quality by in time inputs and Training.
  • Should be able to understand the portfolio behavior pocket wise/ dealer wise / segment wise /profile wise to get Right signals in time.
  • Experience of 4-7 Years.


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Should have exposure to Tractor/ CV/CE /Car (asset based) financing experience with reputed organization- Private Banks/ NBFC/Nationalized banks- Min 5 Years.
  • Graduate - /Post Graduate - Preferably CA/MBA/BCOM.
