Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform complex bank, account, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reconciliation tasks.
- Utilize Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and data management.
- Create and maintain financial models and spreadsheets.
- Use advanced Excel functions and formulas to streamline processes.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations.
- Seek opportunities for professional development and continuous improvement.
- Participate in training programs and workshops.
Desired Skill/Experience:
- Proven experience of atleast 3 years in accounting and financial reconciliation.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Accounting/ CA (Inter equivalent)
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
