Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented accounting Representative to join our team at KMK Ventures Pvt Ltd, a leading accounting firm in the United States. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing accounting inquiries pertaining to our software, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of accounting processes and services.

Job Title: Frontend Accountant Specialist

Department: Customer Services

Function: Customer Advisory Role

Open Position: 10

Shift Timing: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (IST)

Location: Ahmedabad

Reports To: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and emails from clients regarding account inquiries, software issues, and other general accounting-related questions.

Assist with basic troubleshooting of client issues pertaining to accountancy and the accounting software and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to specialized departments when necessary.

Maintain customer records by updating account information, processing requests, and documenting all interactions in the company CRM.

Work collaboratively with the accounting team to address client concerns or issues that require specialized knowledge.

Ensure timely resolution of client concerns, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with the companys services, products, and accounting regulations.

Adhere to company policies and procedures for handling sensitive financial information and confidential client data.

Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call resolution time, customer satisfaction, and call quality standards.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical or complex information in a clear, customer-friendly manner.

US accounting experience of minimum 2 years.

Post graduate in accounting / CA Inter / MBA

Experience with Quick books live

Additional Qualifications preferable:

Work experience in any accounting voice process

Quick books pro certified.

Proficient in using call center software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Environment:

Full-time with night shift.
