Controller/Director Of Finance

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Controller/Director Of Finance to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $150,000 to $200,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize spending and maximize project profitability.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify discrepancies and provide recommendations for improvements in property performance.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis for capital expenditures and investment decisions and provide input to Project Business Analyst.
• Track and analyze project costs, including exploration, development, and operational expenses.
• Collaborate with controller and business executives on monthly cash flow forecasting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, in accounting or finance MBA/Masters
• Commercial Real Estate experience
• Cost-saving/cost-cutting experience
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills; proficiency in financial software and tools.

Experience:

• 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Drive financial innovation and efficiency within the organization.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
