Group CFO

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Group CFO to join their team in Washington, D.C. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $400,000 to $500,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Drive fundraising activities and other international financial centers, establishing and nurturing relationships with investors and stakeholders
• Monitor and manage financial risks across the organization
• Lead and oversee the financial operations of multiple business units
• Mentor and provide leadership to other CFOs within the organization
• Oversee the consolidation of financial data and preparation of financial statements

Requirements:

• CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications are highly desirable
• Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in fundraising and dealing with investors
• 30-40% domestic & international (Africa, Europe, Middle East)

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field and a minimum of 15 years' relevant experience
