Job Description & Summary

Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

Mandatory skill sets:

Manage a team of 20+ professionals on a client facing project and ensure quality of deliverables as per project requirements Responsible of QA/QC of team’s work and providing deliverables on time to the client and Identify opportunities for process standardization, automation and improvements and pro-actively propose solutions on the go Coach team members and ensure that they are equipped to meet the required SLAs Commitment to recruiting, mentoring, training, and retaining a diverse team, with a foresight and ability to delegate accordingly Continuously engage with clients to understand evolving requirements and deliver value-added services Build relationship with the key client partners and identify scope for business development Drive business review calls with the client partners on a timely basis and ensure periodic governance cadence are set up with the leadership and the client Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

Preferred skill sets:

Experience in FP&A or business finance process of MNCs/Global companies Knowledge about P2P, S2P, R2R process Advanced understanding of PO process, accruals, variance analysis and budgeting functions Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to navigate through complexity, pressing timelines with multiple priorities Project management and team management skills Co-ordinating with cross functional teams Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross functional team Tracking, monitoring and reporting of project SLAs
