Your Roles and Responsibilities
• Ability to verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
• Maintain the daily accounts and administrative tasks
• Create and update daily MIS
• Ability to do bank-related work.
• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports
• Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers
• TDS and GST return lings and reconciliations, and preparation of payroll
• Recommend actions to resolve discrepancies
• Perform basic OCE tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, ling, etc.
• Maintain a database, ensuring that records are complete and current
• Record information, processing, and long forms
• Prepare checks, deposits, budgets, and financial reports
• Update ledgers, researching and resolving discrepancies
• Abide by all company procedures and accounting principles
• Respond appropriately to vendor, client, and internal requests
• Ensure the Accounting Department runs smoothly and efficiently What You’ll Need (must-haves for the role)
• At least 3 years relevant work experience in sa imilar role
• Educational qualification: B.Com/ M.Com or CA (Inter) from reputable university
• Competency in Microsoft Oce
• Proficiency in Tally and TDS software
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Highly organized and solution-oriented
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize
