NSRCEL’s mission is to support ventures in the start-up ecosystem that demonstrate potential to create significant economic and societal impact. This financial year alone NSRCEL has engaged with 1347 ventures through 13 unique program tracks across 25 states in the country.
NSRCEL is supported by Department of Science and Technology and Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NSRCEL has partners with corporates like Alstom, Capgemini, Goldman Sachs, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Maruti Suzuki among others to support idea stage and early-revenue stage entrepreneurs and startups in focused themes of climate-tech, women entrepreneurship, and social impact.

What you will be doing
- Budget Management: Develop, implement, and monitor budgets to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of short-term and long-term financial forecasts. Conduct detailed financial analysis, including profitability per program per venture, cost analysis, and trend forecasting.
- Reporting and Compliance: Generate periodic financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification such as CMA )
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or a related finance role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision- making skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and MS Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Zoho Books
