REQUIREMENTS:

Chartered Accountant or a Chartered Accountant candidate.
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting, payroll processing, and tax compliance.
Familiarity with Tally accounting software.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume financial tasks.
Effective communication skills and ability to work with English speaking teams.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other tax filings and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform the end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating salaries, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
Manage and maintain the general ledger, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards.
Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Assist with external audits by preparing necessary documents and reports.
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights for improving business efficiency and profitability.
Managing vendor payments and ensuring timely disbursements.
Preparing customer invoices and tracking receivables.
