Job Description:

  • Payroll Processing
  • Payroll processing for subsidiaries in US
  • Accounting of payroll JVs, month end payroll JVs.
  • Statutory payroll payments & compliance
  • Gross pay v/s Net pay reconciliation
  • Addressing payroll queries of employees
  • MIS related to payroll
Accounts Payable
  • Vendor invoice booking, month end accruals, vendor reconciliation, payments
  • Bank reconciliation statement
  • Travel & Expense Management
Audit - Handling audit related queries from internal and statutory auditors. Compliances - all statutory compliance tracking related to taxation, payroll etc. Monthly / Quarterly Balance Sheet Schedules, MIS, Variance analysis etc. Intercompany Reconciliations, Settlements, TP Workings

Qualification: B.COM / M.COM, MBA Finance, CA Intermediate

Experience: 8+ years of work experience in Finance & Accounts

Special Skills:
  • Knowledge of ERP (PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion) is added advantage
  • People from IT/ITES industry will be preferred
  • Interpersonal skills, Result orientation, Analytical skills
