Description
- Oversee the implementation and development of a robust controlling systems
- Ensure that monthly, quarterly, and annual group reporting requirements are met in compliance
- Analyze deviations, provide insights, and initiate corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of budget and forecast processes, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
- Regularly visit plants and subsidiaries within the region to enhance understanding of local operations and their financial performance.
- Analyze and optimize cost structures, operating margins, and overall economic efficiency to drive profitability and operational effectiveness.
