Infor LN Finance Consultant (Immediate joiners)

Job Description: Experience: (6+ Years) The ERP Finance Consultant will be responsible for helping the organization configure,
implement, and optimize Infor LN Finance solutions. The Consultant will provide expertise in
financial processes, accounting, and reporting, and will be a trusted advisor to the Management,
reporting to CIO.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum of 8 years' experience in implementing ERP projects, out of which minimum
of 6 years' experience in Infor LN.
Strong knowledge of Infor LN finance modules and functionalities, with expertise in
system configuration, business process optimization, customization, and implementation
methodologies.
Proven experience in implementing Infor LN modules
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles
Strong experience in Infor LN and involved in minimum of 1 to 2 end-to-end
implementation.
Experience of the business streams Finance, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Supply
Chain management.
Hands on experience.
Familiar with Infor Implementation methodologies.
Consulting and Accounting background preferred.
Experience of working in a global environment.
Have experience in rolling out ERP solutions internationally.
Good in business documentation and presentation skills.
You should excellent English language skills (verbal and written) and able to
communicate in Hindi

Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative guidance and assistance in a professional and organized manner
directly to customers within the ERP Finance area.
Participate with the project implementation team for understanding extension
development, analysis, design, implementation, and testing of the Infor Ln application of
Finance module.
Add value to customer projects by using the know-how about Infor solutions and
implementations derived from practical experiences. Provide customers with integration and industry expertise as well as "best practice"
recommendations; act as an advisor to Infor customers regarding best practices and
how to configure their Infor solution for making their processes and way of working more
efficient.
Design and configure efficient client business solutions.;
Develop and execute test plans. Perform testing of software configurations and
customer solutions.
Be a team player, form a relationship with the customer at all levels and also be able to
drive a problem through to resolution..
Analyze customers' business requirements and application objectives to develop an
application design to meet customers' needs.
Map client's requirement with functionalities of Infor LN application to develop
implementation plan and customization plan.
Responsible for functional specifications, system configuration, solution testing, user
acceptance testing, end-user training and support.
Apply extensive knowledge of the client's business and industry to develop client's
business processes.
Document requirements and translate into proper system requirements using high-
maturity methods, processes, and tools.
Provide training to clients and peers.
Individual should be able to lead meetings, discussions with client and third parties to
gather information for the purpose of completing functional integration specifications.
