The Lease Accounting Supervisor will support the Market and Enterprise Finance teams by providing comprehensive lease accounting services for our income and expense lease portfolio. Youll manage lease-related financial operations, generate and review reports, and maintain financial records. This role also involves reviewing contracts, managing financial agreements, and overseeing payments and receipts. Additionally, you will guide one direct report and ensure smooth lease accounting processes, maintaining compliance with financial standards.

- Monitor, track, and update lease expenses in the TRIRIGA system.
- Support business decision-making by managing expense dashboards and producing financial reports.
- Review exception-based contracts and ensure appropriate GL Accounts are set up for Lease Receivables and Payables.
- Manage documentation of financial agreements between Markets and Franchises to ensure accurate revenue accounting.
- Review transactional activities pertaining to scheduling, approving, and processing real estate payments
- Lead and mentor one direct report, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
Who were looking for:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in lease accounting, financial reporting, and managing financial operations.
- Strong skills in Relationship Management, Business Partnership, Business Intelligence, Process Governance, and Policy Definition.
- Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and writtento clearly convey financial information to stakeholders at all levels.
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to Market Finance Teams.
- Knowledge of global accounting practices, especially in managing lease accounts, and proficiency with financial systems like TRIRIGA.
- Advanced knowledge of specific technical/operational practices, with the ability to lead and coach one or two team members.
- Experience working across all regions and managing global lease accounting operations.
