Job purpose
Reporting directly to the President of Rich Logistics and ISI and indirectly to the CFO of the Parent company, as the Director of Finance USA, you will be the Finance Leader for our US group of companies. You will provide leadership and guidance to the accounting staff of 3 operational, 1 support and 1 parent company. As Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting, AR, AP, payroll and treasury activities and the preparation of their respective financial statements in accordance to US GAAP. You are a strong accountant with significant experience in successfully leading a multicompany, multinational team in Financial Reporting, Planning and Budgeting. Duties and responsibilities
- Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk.
- Produce Consolidated Financial Statements for the US operated companies entities
- Oversees the production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards.
- Recommend benchmarks that will be used to measure the company's performance.
- Produces the annual budget and forecasts; reports significant budget differences to management.
- Provides financial analysis, with emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Works with external auditors and provides needed information for the annual audit.
- Files quarterly and annual reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

Qualifications
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or Business Administration required.
- Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant required.
- Five years or more of related experience required. (Logistics preferred)
- Audit firm experience a plus
Physical Requirement
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
