Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management
  • Direct financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, tax, and accounting.
  • Develop strategies to achieve financial goals and monitor department budgets.
  • Oversee audits, ensure IRS and regulatory compliance, and manage banking relationships.
Business Operations
  • Manage business operations, including purchasing, risk assessment, insurance, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to optimize financial and business practices.
Human Resources & Payroll
  • Oversee HR policies, employee lifecycle, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
Facilities & Office Management
  • Manage facilities, maintenance, and office policies, ensuring safety and functionality.
Board and Committee Involvement
  • Present financial reports and strategic insights to the Board and Finance Committee.
  • Serve as the primary staff member for the Board's Finance Committee.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 7+ years of finance and administration experience, ideally in the non-profit space.
  • Proven financial management, strategic planning, and HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
