In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Shared Services Center. You'll be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, providing support to various departments across the organization.

  • Process financial transactions: This includes recording accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Prepare financial reports: You'll assist in generating accurate and insightful financial reports, such as general ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.
  • Reconcile accounts: You'll meticulously reconcile various accounts to ensure their accuracy and identify any discrepancies for further investigation.
  • Close the books monthly and annually: You'll play a vital role in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain accounting records: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with established accounting principles (GAAP).
  • Collaborate with internal teams: You'll work closely with other departments within the Shared Services Center, as well as various business units, to ensure seamless financial operations.

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (Mandatory).
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an accounting role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with accounting software (a plus).
  • Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
