DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day tax matters, including TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), TCS (Tax Collected at Source), and advisory on international payments and DTAA (Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement).
- Issue Form 15CA/CB and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
- Work on tax audit clauses and collaborate with tax auditors for the timely completion of audits.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly tax provisions and coordinate with the finance team for accurate tax calculations.
- Manage advance tax payments for various entities and ensure timely filing.
- Respond to tax assessment notices and work closely with consultants to resolve issues.
- Prepare tax returns, tax schedules, and supporting documentation for filing with tax authorities.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely filing of tax-related forms and reports.
- Stay updated on tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for tax optimization.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Skills and Experience:
- Financial Regulations Acumen: Evaluate applicable regulations related to tax, banking, and accounting to ensure compliance and inform relevant stakeholders about key requirements and implications.
- Tax Based Modeling and Computation: Perform income tax provision computations, tax return calculations, and tax modeling based on relevant business facts and assumptions.
- Tax Technical Analysis: Utilize tax technical resources by researching applicable regulations, tax code, and case law to ensure compliance in tax recording.
- Action Oriented: Demonstrate a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm when tackling new opportunities and challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
- Qualified CA with 3+ years of experience or CA-Inter with 6+ years of experience in corporate taxation.
- Strong knowledge of TDS, TCS, DTAA, and international tax matters.
- Experience in tax audit coordination and preparing tax provisions.
- Knowledge of tax assessments, notices, and working with external consultants.
- Expertise in tax return preparation and filing.
- Preferred background in the manufacturing industry.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
