Position : Manager - Finance:As Manager Finance at Eka you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the organization, including accounting, compliance, and reporting. This role ensures the accuracy of financial data, supports strategic decision-making, and upholds strong internal controls and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:• Prepared to step into the field and accomplish tasks effectively.
• Financial management - Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures and controls
• Accounting operations - Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger functions.
• Accounting operations - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Accounting operations - Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Compliance and Audit - Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, Maintain adherence to statutory and legal requirements
• Global taxation and transfer pricing compliance
• Technology and Processes - Leverage ERP financial systems to improve efficiency and reporting.
• Team leadership skills
• Review of invoicing and receivables management
• MIS reporting
Adhere to prevailing Eka’s ISMS policies and procedures while delivering the duties.
Education & Experience:• CA with 5-8 years’ experience
• Accounting
• Financial Reporting
• Books Closure
• Management reporting
• Audits (preference for candidates with both Industry and Big 4 background).
• Prior experience in IT/SAAS sector is an added advantage.
• Revenue recognition as per IFRS
• Preparation of Financial Statements
• Integrity, ethics, and discretion in handling sensitive financial information.
• Excellent excel skills.
• Good Presentation skills
