About Our Client

Our client is an online advertising and technology company that empowers advertisers to achieve their performance and branding goals across digital media channels. They connect brands with target audiences through exclusive partnerships with leading media platforms, with a strong presence in the Asia-Pacific region, headquartered in Singapore.

We are looking for a passionate Accounting Analyst to join in their growing team.


Accounting Analyst will be responsible for the US GAAP Accounting for several subsidiaries, and for several ad-hoc processes as required.

Requirements

Job Requirements
  • Reconciliation of GL accounts
  • Booking of Journal Entries
  • Audit and internal controls tasks
  • Prepare and reconcile local balances according to local regulations
  • Manage local deadlines
  • Work alongside the Tax department for specific requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • This is an accounting role, so Degree in Accounting/ CPA or equivalent qualification is desirable
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably with Multinational Company
  • Substantial history working with Local GAAP and another regional Local GAAP is a bonus
  • Highly preferred with knowledge in Oracle (NetSuite) or any other finance/accounting systems
  • Advanced skills with Excel (i.e: Pivot tables, VLook-ups)
  • Demonstrated background in auditing is essential
  • Solid foundation in accounting policies and norms
  • Strong professional oral and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent team player, and self-motivated, used to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • High sense of ownership for assigned tasks and responsibilities, ability to prioritize, proactive and results oriented
  • Demonstrate high level of maturity, confidence and willingness to learn and grow
  • Strong analytical-thinking skills, organized and ability to adapt whenever necessary
  • Possesses contagious enthusiasm, positive approach to problem solving and customer service skills
