Job Responsibilities Responsible for Handling the Accounts payable receivable department of the company Preparing Bank Reconciliation Sending Monthly GST GSTR1 GSTR2B GSTR3B TDS Data to CA coordinating with them to file Making all statutory payments online for e g GST TDS Maintaining Passbook Bank Book Responsible for all online Internet Banking Offline Transactions i e NEFT RTGS and as when required coordinate with Bank for any other banking related work Responsible for Handling all expenses payments of the company i e Credit Cards Maintenance Bills Rent Payable Electricity Bill Telephone Bills Property Tax Payments etc Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile daily balances with bank statements Key Skills 5 years of experience Should have experience in SPECTRUM software
