Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities Oversee the organizations financial operations including the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial reports Develop and execute financial plans and strategies that align with and support the companys overall objectives Identify assess and mitigate financial risks while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations Lead manage and mentor the finance team encouraging professional growth and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance financial performance and efficiency across departments Provide senior management with actionable financial insights and recommendations to guide strategic decisions Qualifications A bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline is required an MBA or CPA certification is highly desirable Demonstrated success in a Finance Director or comparable leadership role Indepth knowledge of financial management practices accounting standards and regulatory requirements Exceptional analytical skills combined with strong leadership and communication abilities Proficiency in utilizing financial systems and software tools for effective management and reporting
