Role Brief:You will be an acting Business Finance lead for one of the Business Unit. Your role is very critical to the organization as youwill be driving and identifying the gaps in the P&L of the Business unit and directly impacting the organization revenue andgrowth. Developing a mechanism to understand and track the performance metrics of the business, collaborating with thebusiness team and supporting the Business head in calibrating business decision basis data analysis and insights andkeeping the business on track of the operating plan while highlighting and mitigating potential risks will be the coreexpectation herein.
Key Responsibilities• To work closely with the business unit and actively participate in its operations and management• To develop financial plans along with business team and relevant stakeholders with rigor on bottom’s up approach• To review the plans vs actuals on regular basis; in depth analysis of variance and communicating the same proactivelycreating right visibility and enabling planning of actionable• To track and measure key financials and business metrics• To jointly own the OKRs of the respective business unit and build an AOP to achieve the same• Completes month-end closing reviews, procedures, and corrections as needed• Directs and oversees the overall policies, objectives, and initiatives of the revenue cycle activities to optimize operations• Conduct periodic meetings with direct reports to assure staff understand assigned tasks and can manage time constraints• Do scenario analysis and develop business plans on product enhancement or business initiatives, present topmanagement with analysis• Handle Adhoc requests and problem-solving with a short turnaround time and supplement such requests withappropriate analysis and comments to support decision making• Participate & Drive standardization / automation projects for process efficiency
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE• 10+ Years of total experience of which at least 6+ years of experience in Business Finance• Post-Graduate in Finance or Chartered Accountant• Strong analytical rigor and problem-solving skills• Strong communication & Interpersonal skills• Proficient in MS Office• Proactive, takes initiative, self-motivated, team player• Strong collaboration, stake holder management and interpersonal skills• Willingness to hustle
