Role Overview:
AMEA is a vast and growing region and comprises of six business units covering multiple countries. As a Sr Analyst, MSC Finance Product Costing - AMEA, you will play a pivotal role in our Center of Excellence (COE) for Supply Chain Finance. Your responsibilities include consolidation of the COGS budgets & forecasts including cost bridges, business investment & inflation schedules monthly and quarterly reporting, variance analysis, preparing management review decks and reports for AMEA region. You'll collaborate with various teams, for consolidation and reporting. The role also partners with various stakeholders for providing financial data and insights to drive the productivity agenda and enable the decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the BU COE teams for consolidation of the financials during planning, forecasting and month/quarter ends which includes the cost bridges, gross to net productivity schedules, business investment & inflation schedules for entire AMEA region.
- Analyse the BU wise performance and provide insights for driving efficiencies
- Overseeing the COGS reporting definitions & guidelines and being a go to person for the BU teams
- Ensuring timely and accurate submissions to the regional and the global finance teams
- Preparing reports and decks for management reviews on a periodic basis with adhoc analysis as required
- Partnering with BU COE teams on projects related to simplification, digitization and benchmarking to drive process and cost efficiencies
Experience Required & Candidate Profile
- 4-7 years of experience in Cost FP&A or Plant Finance/Supply Chain FP&A roles.
- CA or CMA
- Strong proficiency in SAP, Fit, Hyperion, and advanced knowledge of Excel; Power BI skills are an advantage.
- Understanding of plant operations from a financial perspective.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
