The Manager, Finance is responsible for managing accounting and compliances for India site
Responsibilities
Lead payables for US and UK with focus on timely delivery and no errors in processing - 30%
Streamline and identify process improvement opportunities and implement them. Also ensure adherence to the internal control framework with timely upgradation of the aligned policies - 30%
Management of direct reports and the team reporting to them - 15%
Proper verification of invoices for PO terms and quantities billed and ensure accruals for month end purpose - 25%
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Master's or Advanced FIELD OF STUDY: Chartered Accountant
EXPERIENCE:

EXPERIENCE: 2-5 years of post qualification experience

EXPERIENCE:
- Required: Experience in back office industry, managing a team of 5+ individuals, strong analytical skills and accounts payable industry knowledge is must. Strong communication skill is necessary as the person will be required to work with senior management; Change Management Skills; Ability to coach and develop team members both technically and in soft skills.
- Process efficiency knowledge and should have taken lead in redesigning processes in previous organization with the use of tools like RPA, Power BI, Macros etc
