Job Description:
Product Manager Role is key owner of strategy, roadmap and customer experience of the program across bank. Product Management involves comprehensive understanding of all the key stakeholders viz consumer; technology, industry; regulator; organization, channels, program branding. A product manager develops holistic understanding of the industry and category at product level including dynamics, markets and consumer behavior affecting the product distribution. In the current dynamically changing environment, product management needs to be agile and be able to adapt to technologies and changing consumer behaviors using data analytics.

- To drive digital innovation & ensure competitive edge in the industry
- Work closely with stakeholders involved in the physical journey’s to identify the opportunities & approach for digitalizing the processes & customer journeys
- Enable stakeholders to take informed decision in relation to digital journey’s by providing market, customer insights & stakeholder insights
- Design, develop and deliver best possible user experience for customers
- To accelerate the adoption of the new journeys launched
- Support marketing to develop digital content and campaigns on regular intervals for the new journeys introduced
- Technical enhancements to address a requirements or enhance the experience of a customer
- Develop business strategies & product road maps, prioritize features/solutions based on customer needs & impact to the business.
- Identify the segment needs, develop & manage the product offering through constant competition benchmarking, build relevant features & offers to drive customer value proposition & profitability.
- Work closely with various stake holders to translate product vision into features & solutions.
- Design the full wireframe from Idea into executable product roadmap.
- Manage delivery of product enhancements concurrently with feature product visioning & planning.
- Identify & resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial & technical goals.
- Use data, analytics & critical thinking to drive organizational strategy and identify gap areas that needs to be fixed or driven.
- Automating processes and design the full wireframe from Idea into executable product roadmap
