Key Responsibilities :

1. Provide detailed information about programs, courses, admission requirements, and career pathways.

2. Assist students in identifying suitable programs based on their interests, strengths, and goals.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and academic stakeholders.

4. Act as a trusted advisor to guide students in overcoming challenges related to academic planning and career decisions.

5. Achieve and exceed enrollment targets through effective counseling and relationship-building strategies.

6. Leverage marketing tools, events, and campaigns to generate leads and attract prospective students.

7. Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.

Experience :

- 0-2 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or a similar role.

- Experience in the education industry or student enrollment is preferred.

- Freshers are also welcomed.
