As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance team by providing accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis. You will contribute to the preparation of financial statements, budgeting processes, and management reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting strategic decision-making.

- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering financial data, performing variance analysis, and preparing financial models.
- Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of financial performance metrics, trends, and forecasts to support decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies in all reporting activities.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and analysis methodologies.
- Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as requested by senior management or department heads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including accounting, treasury, and operations to gather data and support financial reporting requirements.
- Qualified (Chartered Accountant) CA or CMA (Mandatory).
- Having an overall industry experience of 5+ years with experience in financial analysis, reporting, or FP&A related roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
